By accessing or using Zap Ads ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Zap Ads is an AI-powered advertisement generation platform that helps businesses create professional product advertisements optimized for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Subscription and Billing

Credit System

  • Credits are used to generate ad variants
  • Credits reset monthly on your billing date
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
  • Additional credits cannot be purchased separately

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Dodo Payments
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload (images, text, brand assets). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of generating advertisements.

Generated Ads

You own all rights to advertisements generated using our Service. You may use them for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

Our Platform

The Zap Ads platform, including all software, algorithms, and AI models, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertisements
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or discriminatory
  • Promote illegal products or services
  • Spam or harass others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Prohibited Content Policy

Zap Ads maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or promoting content that includes:

  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
  • Weapons, firearms, explosives, or other destructive devices
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Illegal activities or substances

Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from our services without prior notice or refund.

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate advertisement content. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • Generated content may not always be perfect or suitable
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use
  • We do not guarantee specific results or performance
  • AI-generated content should comply with platform advertising policies

Platform Compliance

While we optimize ads for various platforms, you are responsible for ensuring your advertisements comply with each platform's advertising policies (Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zap Ads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
